DESCRIPTION: Shelby S-Blue PVC Solvent Cement is a ready-to-use adhesive ideal for joining rigid PVC to PVC pipes.
USE: Shelby #17 S-Blue acts by partially dissolving PVC and subsequent drying results in a strong bond.
SURFACE PREPARATION & APPLICATION: Clean and dry the surface to be treated prior to application of Shelby S-Blue #17. Apply on both surface of the PVC pipe to be joined with S-Blue. Join the two surfaces together. Completely dry within 5 minutes.
CAUTION: Shelby S-Blue like most other contact cement should be handled with care. It is flammable and should be kept away from open flames and sparks. Avoid prolonged inhalation of vapors.
