How to Order

Welcome to Arnaizph.

Please find our order process below:

Step 1: Place Your Order and Pay

  • Select your desired items and proceed to checkout.
  • You may also chat your order to us via our Viber Number 09695577037.
  • For a more convenient process, we suggest to deposit the payment ahead so the items will be prepared before you arrive.
  • You can pay by Bank Deposit or Gcash. We will provide these info after you have ordered.
  • If you pay by check, your order will be processed after the check clears.
  • Walk-in cash payments are also accepted but you may need to wait up to 30 minutes for your order to be prepared.
  • Please note that any bank or provider fees are at your expense.


Step 2: Wait for Confirmation

  • After you've paid, wait for our Confirmation Number.
  • Do not book a pickup or go to the office until you have this confirmation.


Step 3: Get Your Order

  • You can either pick up your order yourself or book a courier service like Grab or Lalamove. Shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer.
  • Please Share your driver's or rider's details when you book.
  • Instruct the person who will pick up to Give the Confirmation Number to our staff.

In some cases, the rider may be using a borrowed account. If this happens, we’ll coordinate with you directly. You may choose to proceed with the booking or cancel it. For your safety and to ensure top-quality service, we recommend canceling and rebooking with a verified rider

  • We are open Monday to Saturday 9am to 11:30am then 1pm to 4pm 
  • Closed on Holidays
  • Tell the guard you are going to the Arnaizph office.
  • Walk up the third set of stairs, turn right, then turn left. The office is in front of the swimming pool.


Important Notes

  • Stock is not reserved until full payment is made.
  • We can hold the stocks for 30 days only, beyond that the order will be cancelled and the items will be returned to stock to be sold to other buyers. 10% Restocking Fee will be applied.
  • For Incorrect Orders, we will need management approval for a refund or exchange, and a 10% Restocking Fee will apply. Items must be returned within 7 days, in their original condition and packaging, with a receipt. We do not accept returns for special, pre- or bulk orders.
