How to Order
Dear Buyers,
Please find our order process and address below:
- For a more convenient process, we suggest to deposit the payment ahead so the items will be prepared before your arrival in our office.
- If payment is by check, we wait for clearing before we can process.
- Walk-in cash payments is also accepted but we have a waiting time to process which usually takes 30 mins (reason for the wait is because the warehouse and office are separate and if other buyers come before you).
- The buyer can also book for pick up via grab, lalamove, etc., shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer.
After payment, please wait for the Order Number and our confirmation before you come to our office or book the grab, lalamove, etc. thanks

Instruction for the rider or person who will pick-up:
- When you are here please tell the guard Arnaizph Office.
- In the third stairs, come up turn right then turn left, we are in front of the swimming pool.
- Please give the Order Number to our staff.
Important Notes:
- Please wait for the Order Number and our confirmation before booking for pickup and give the Order Number to the rider.
- Stock availability is subject to prior sales.
- We don't reserve unless full payment is made.
- We can hold the stocks for 30 days only, beyond that the order will be cancelled and the items will be returned to stock to be sold to other buyers.
- A 10% Restocking Fee will be applied.
Additional Payment Info:
- Please note that any fees imposed by your bank or payment provider shall be at the customer's expense.
- If doing a bank transfer please select InstaPay for faster transfer.
- Other payment methods like PESONet sometimes takes a few days.
- If paying by GCash we suggest to do it GCash to GCash so there won't be any fee.
- Sending to GCash via remittance center or other payment provider could have a fee of 2% or more.
Wrong Order
We understand that mistakes can happen when placing an order. While we aren't legally required to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect orders, we want to help. To avoid any issues, please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
- For incorrect orders, we'll need to get approval from our management team first.
- If approved, a 10% Restocking Fee will be applied after payment has been made.
- If the items are with you already, they must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- The items must be unused, in the same condition that you received it with its original packaging.
- Provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please note that we are unable to process any exchanges, returns, or cancellations for special orders, pre-orders, or bulk orders.
