  • If 7 days have gone since you purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it with its original packaging.
  • Provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

When the item you received is malfunctioning within first use, please contact us immediately. We will gladly assist you. If determined to be a manufacturing defect, we will provide a new replacement item.

Warranty Claims
