Factory Defect
- When the item you received is malfunctioning within first use, please contact us immediately. We will gladly assist you. If determined to be a factory defect, we will provide a new replacement item.
Warranty Claims
- Most products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. If the product is defective and under warranty, Arnaizph will apply the warranty on the product depending on the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Wrong Order
We understand that mistakes can happen when placing an order. While we aren't legally required to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect orders, we want to help. To avoid any issues, please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
- For incorrect orders, we'll need to get approval from our management team first.
- If approved, a 10% Restocking Fee will be applied after payment has been made.
- If the items are with you already, they must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- The items must be unused, in the same condition that you received it with its original packaging.
- Provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please note that we are unable to process any exchanges, returns, or cancellations for special orders, pre-orders, or bulk orders.
